In this toolkit, an internship or study practice process consists of three key phases: preparation, implementation, and follow-up. Each phase includes tools to ensure a meaningful experience for both NGO mentors or supervisors and students. Across all three phases, tools such as the Inclusivity Checklist, Mentoring Discussion Prompts, and Student Portfolio serve as anchors to promote an anti-racist and inclusive work approach, encourage reflection, and document growth and learning.
