Marko Kovačić is an associate professor of public policy and political sociology at the University of Rijeka, specialising in youth and education policy. With over 15 years’ experience in research, teaching and consultancy, he participates in various youth policy processes at the European level. Dr Kovačić is also an accomplished project manager, evaluator and former youth worker, passionate about espresso, social change and democratic practices.
