On July 10, 2025, we visited the coffee roastery of our partner, the BUNA Cooperative, at their location on Celovška Road. They presented the entire coffee roasting process to us, step by step. They described the coffee purchasing and storage process in detail, showed us how the roasting machine works, and then we roasted "our" coffee together. We learned many interesting facts about coffee beans, and at the end we also received samples of the coffee that "we" roasted. During the presentation, we also addressed and discussed the dilemmas that arose during the project.
