At the introductory meeting for the project Power dynamics between the global North and South: The case of fair-trade policies, held on April 21, 2026, academic mentor prof. dr. Tomaž Deželan presented the project plan, phases, and methodology to students in the study programmes Political Science – Public Policies and Administration, 1st cycle, and Political Science – Comparative Public Policies and Administration, 2nd cycle. He familiarized the students with global learning methods, theoretical frameworks (postcolonial theory, analysis of global value chains, dependency theory), and research questions, which subsequently guided their work.
