Meta Novak is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, and coordinator of the PhD programme in Policy Analysis. She is also the editor of the Public Policies book series and represents the University of Ljubljana at the ECPR. Her research focuses on interest groups, civil society, political knowledge, and EU-related education. She has participated in multiple international research projects, including INTEREURO and the Comparative Interest Groups Survey. Since 2012, she has been actively involved in Jean Monnet projects, leading one and participating in four others, as well as coordinating Slovenia’s role in a Jean Monnet Network. She currently leads the Jean Monnet module BuildEU and co-mentors students in Eurosim simulations. Her research is widely published in academic journals and presented at international conferences.
