As part of strengthening and improving support services for study practices, we have conducted a cycle of trainings for career counselors within the Mileage project. Two international online trainings took place on September 12 and November 5, 2024, and national live seminars in Slovenia, Italy and Finland took place in September and November 2024. The online international seminars ware intended to present various experiences of career centers in guiding students to study practices, to learn about the specificities of the current labor market regarding young people and students, to learn about new methods in counseling work with young people and students, to learn about the specificities of implementing study practices in a digital environment, to learn about the specificities of implementing study practices in non-governmental organizations, and other content that we identified as part of the needs analysis in this area in the three participating countries.
